Antibodies for Squash and Corn Nitrate Reductase (NaR) are produced in 2 forms using purified Squash (Cucurbita maxima) and Corn (Zea mays) NADH: NaR - rabbit polyclonals and murine monoclonals.

Both types of antibodies are purified to yield the Immunoglobulin fraction (IgG) using Protein-A Sepharose affinity chromatography. The rabbit polyclonal anti-NaR are useful for Western Blotting and ELISA immunochemical methods [1], while the monoclonal anti-NaR are most useful for the immunoaffinity chromatographic purification of NaR forms [2].

Anti-NaR are shipped freeze-dried, and is reconstituted with deionized water or in a phosphate buffer at pH 7.

As shown on the datasheets, all these Anti-NaR are available as the free IgG in solution, or with the IgG immobilized on Sepharose.
