Nitrate Testing in Salt Water
  Nitrate Testing in water that is high in salt content is difficult, especially at low nitrate content.  In fact, many nitrate testing methods do not work well with samples containing high levels of salt (NaCl).  NECi Nitrate Test Kits for Salt Water (L-NTK, M-NTK) are designed to meet the needs of oceanographers and others analyzing nitrate in salty water samples. NECi Superior Stock Nitrate Reductase (NaR) is the key to the success of salt water testing.  NECi NaR is only slightly impacted by NaCl and by adjusting the nitrate standards to match the water samples, highly accurate and reproducible results are obtained.
