NECi Superior Stock Nitrate Reductase (NaR)
is the most highly purified form of this enzyme sold commercially and is
significantly cheaper than NaR sold by other vendors. NECi also sells
natural corn leaf NADH:NaR (NaR1) which is the
only plant form of this enzyme commercially available (NaR1
is also available from
Sigma-Aldrich).
All NaR forms sold by NECi use NADH as electron donor and
therefore are cheaper to use in nitrate assays than fungal nitrate
reductases which use NADPH.
The
Nitrate Reductase Assay Kit for
assaying NADH: NaR activity in plant tissues and other organisms is the
only kit commercially available for carrying out activity assays for this
enzyme.

Antibodies for Nitrate Reductase.
